Sushi Lolly Cake

It is nearly time for the MONSTER FAIR....we are so excited!

Today we made Sushi Lolly Cake with Josh's Mum. It was so much fun and we were super cooks....we can't wait to buy some at the fair now!

What are we Learning?

In Maths we are learning how to
* count forward and backwards to 10, 20 and 100.
We are also working on
* the next number after and the number before a number

In Reading we are learning to
* talk about the story we have read in our own words
* point to each word as we read

* try words we are unsure of

When we come to a word we don't know we need to
* Look at the picture

* Make the first sound
* Say a word that makes sense

In Writing we are learning to
* write the first sounds in words
* write the words we know by ourselves
* try writing by ourselves

Learning is so much fun.
